Addili’s journey has been a roller coaster ride. But, just like you feel re-assured on a roller coaster despite the sharp drops and steep curves, Addili owes much to some leading lights who have taken the stress out of the speed bumps on our path and guided the company with their vision, patience and love.

Foremost among these names is Mr. Kalyan Dhal. He has been instrumental in helping us chart our course to success and negotiate tough times with his financial support, sound judgement and overwhelming love. Right from our fledgling years, he has stood by us and ably supported us with his magnanimous persona to help us grow into an organization with serious mettle. His generous nature is a true reflection of the gentleman that he is, as is known to many who braved many a match in the Kolkata Maidan where his exploits as a cricketer are well known even today.

Another person whose contribution towards our success is nothing less than true greatness is Mr. Tapan Mitra. Mr. Mitra headed premier Indian organizations like Tantuja, HPCL and INDAL. A stickler for perfection, Mr. Mitra was extremely particular about the workspace sporting the right airs, conducive to good business at all times. He was extremely impressed by our zeal in cleaning a specialized server room in erstwhile INDAL. His attention and support brought us our first big contract at Wockhardt Kidney Centre.

Mrs. Sumedha Sen was the General Manager at Wockhardt Kidney Centre. After evaluating our performance at Wockhardt, Mrs. Sen helped us build our client base in the medical fraternity with contracts with leading healthcare institutions in the city like AMRI, Woodlands and others. We are still the preferred service partner for all of these healthcare institutions. The years of association concerns the mutual respect and our gratitude.

Addili would also like to thank many, many other friends, co-workers and well wishers whose names are not mentioned here but whose contributions will always be cherished by us who know how much their love and support meant to us when we were just another ordinary service provider much, much more ordinary than the suave organization that we have become now.
