Feedback - Client & Customer
Feedback on performance is a critical area to make room for self-improvement. Over the years, we have perfected this very important feature of a successful business relationship with intimate feedback sessions with clients. We work on the inputs we receive from these sessions and use it as a driving point to boost our performance continuously.
Expectation Meet
Regular client interactions to nip performance related issues in the bud and receive kudos for outstanding delivery has become the norm for us. These interactions are usually held at the client site to give a patient ear to the client’s observations and make necessary and timely changes and upgrades.
Transition Meet
The various departments of a client organization come together and meet our executives on the same floor to enable us to understand the complete picture on their side. This meeting usually takes place when we are newly handed over the responsibility of managing services for a client organization. Facilitated by our own CRM team this meeting is crucial for us to gauge the expectations of our new partners and apprise them of our delivery standards.
Annual Performance Reports
We take stock of the operations at individual client sites on an annual basis. This exercise is a must attend event for our CRM team and client representatives to critically evaluate performance, delivery and adherence to the various norms that make the business viable and beneficial. We have learnt to look ahead to these meetings with an open mind to ensure that our performance in the next year only gets better from that of the previous year.
