Buddy Program
A designated team member at every worksite takes up the roles and responsibilities of being the best mate. This role usually entails guiding and working with new recruits at a site to help them get accustomed to the work place and be with them till they can confidently manage their responsibilities by themself.
Training & Development
This is our in-house training program formulated by our HR team that makes it easier for our employees to understand their roles and responsibilities as per the service vertical in which they contribute. This program is designed to facilitate quick learning and optimize site performance knowledge as well.
Employee Award

Employee Wellness Program
Lengthy hours at client sites can become quite drab if not peppered with some fun. We send in play teams to our sites to offer some fun and relief to our team with some games and light moments so that they take a meaningful break and get back to work zippy and re-energised.

Any employee referring another person for a job within the organization is rewarded with a small incentive. This makes sure that we never run short of trusted people to work with and e ready team of people to refer candidates in times of need.

This program affords a ready ear for the management to hear and clear away small administrative loopholes and roadblocks that deny the employees their rightful documentation or dues. This program promptly addresses minor paperwork corrections that cause distress if not corrected on time.

We have identified specific performance criteria that we evaluate and read to list vendors who help us most in performing better.
